Terms of Service
Last updated: June 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of API to Sheets' Google Workspace add-ons (the "Add-ons"). By installing or using an Add-on, you agree to these Terms. The Add-ons and this website are provided by MD Ventures, LLC, 382 NE 191st St, PMB 15091, Miami, FL 33179-3899, US.
Use of the Add-ons
The Add-ons are provided to help you retrieve and work with data inside Google Sheets™. You are responsible for obtaining and complying with the terms of any third-party API key you use with the Add-ons (for example, the FRED® API), and for using the Add-ons in compliance with applicable laws and Google's terms.
The Add-ons are free for personal use. Commercial use requires a paid license, as described under Licensing and fees below.
Licensing and fees
Use of the Add-ons on a personal Google account is free. Use on a Google Workspace (business/organization) account is "commercial use" and requires a paid license after a 14-day free trial. A commercial license is sold per organization (domain) on an annual subscription basis; pricing is custom and quoted per organization — contact contact@apitosheets.com for a quote. Access continues while the license is valid and stops when it expires unless renewed. License keys are issued to the licensed domain and may not be shared outside it.
MD Ventures, LLC (not Google) is the seller of the commercial license. Payment is currently handled manually — contact contact@apitosheets.com to purchase. Except where required by law, license fees are non-refundable once a key has been issued; if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you in good faith.
Third-party data
Data accessed through the Add-ons is provided by third parties (for example, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis via the FRED® API). API to Sheets does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or licensing of that data. Your use of such data is subject to the applicable provider's terms.
No warranty
The Add-ons are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Add-ons will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data retrieved will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, API to Sheets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Add-ons.
Changes
We may modify the Add-ons or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
